Roosa |
Born in Elizabeth, New
Jersey, attended the University of Florida where he obtained his
B.S.B.A.
With the United States Army from 1956 - 1959.
Obtained his Juris Doctor in 1973 from the University of Florida
College of Law, was admitted to the Florida Bar, U.S. Supreme Court,
and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Assistant County
Attorney from 1974 - 1975 and Attorney for the City of Cape Coral
from 1976 - 1981. He is now the Attorney for the TOWN OF FORT
MYERS BEACH and a member and past president of the Cape Coral Bar, a
member of the Lee County Bar, Florida Bar and the American Bar
Associations. Richard has a general practice including Real
Property; Wills and Trusts and Probate
Administration. |

Sutton |
Larry D. Sutton was born
in Scottsburg, Indiana December 13, 1940. He attended Indiana
University where he obtained his B.A. in 1964. He obtained his J.D.
in 1968 from the University of Texas. He was admitted to the bar in
Indiana in 1968, Florida in 1970, U.S. Supreme Court in 1974, U.S.
District Court, Middle District of Florida in 1977 and U.S. Court of
Appeals, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits in 1981. Mr. Sutton is a member
of the Cape Coral, Lee County, Florida State and Indiana State Bar
Associations. PRACTICE AREAS: Wills and Trusts; Probate; Personal
Injury; Wrongful Death; Real Estate Law. |

Burandt |
Robert B. Burandt is a
former police officer having graduated from the Detroit Police
Academy in 1974 and Detroit College of Law at Michigan State
University. Since that Time, Bob has concentrated on his efforts on
establishing a practice which includes litigation and an office
pratice for clients such as the Fraternal Order of Police, the
Police Benevolent Association, Inc., Avator Properties, Inc., Avatar
Holdings, Inc., the Elks Club in Cape Coral, various shopping
centers, various homeowners' associations, ect. Bob practices both
in State and Federal court. He is admitted to the U.S. District
Court, Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of
Appeal. |

Adamski |
A native of Waterbury,
Connecticut, Attorney Robert C. Adamski graduated the University of
New Haven and Western New England School of Law, with distinctions
at both institutions. Admitted in Florida in 1979, Attorney Adamski
served as Cape Coral City Attorney (1981-1984), Cape Coral Bar
Association President (1995-1996), on the Florida Bar Association
Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee for six years, and various
bar association committees. Mr. Adamski is a member of the Elder
Law, Trust and Estate Law, Real Estate Law, and Tax Law Sections of
the Florida Bar. A frequent speaker at estate planning and elder law
seminars, Mr. Adamski is active in civic groups throughout Lee
County. |
